Four person Cap’t and Crew Golf Tournament
Registration at 10:00 am with a shotgun start at 12:00 pm
Lake Placid Club Mountain and Links Courses
$85 per person includes 18 holes, box lunch on your cart, closest to pin, and longest drive. Skins game will also be available.

Please join us for golf on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the beautiful Lake Placid Golf Club where we will be using the Lake Placid Club Mountain Course and the Lake Placid Club Links Course.

		The hole in one prize package on hole #4 on the Mountain Course is a Las Vegas Vacation! Viva Las Vegas. Relax by the pool during the day and party all night. This package is for 2 people, 8 days, 7 nights, airfare and hotel accommodations on the world famous Las Vegas strip. Remember, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!”

		The hole in one prize package on hole #4 on the Links Course is a Hawaiian Vacation! There is no better place to relax and work on your tan than Hawaii. This 8 days/7 nights package for 2 people includes airfare and hotel accommodations on the island of Oahu. Aloha!

When conference registration goes live, golfers will be able to sign up with their foursome or we can place you on a team. Golf registration begins at 10:00 with a shotgun start at 12:00. Lunch will be provided on your cart. Golf will be played rain or shine. It is important that golfers dress accordingly and be prepared. The golf course has requested that each course be filled up equally; requests to play either of the two courses may not be able to be granted. We will do our best to accommodate you on the course requested. First registrants will be given first choice.
