Come meet & greet fellow conference attendees and relax at our annual Conference Ice Breaker!!* Enjoy one hour of open bar with Premium Brands followed by a 30 minute cash bar. There will also be an array of food with hors d’oeuvres consisting of:
Vegetable Crudités – crisp seasonal vegetables, accompanied by homemade dips
Cheese Display with Two Domestic & Two International Cheeses, Fresh Fruit Garnish and Assorted Crackers
Broiled Scallops wrapped in bacon
Miniature Beef Kabobs
Roasted Red Pepper Corn Fritters with Warm Artichoke Dip
Chicken Roulade with Artichoke Hearts, Spinach & Fontina Cheese on a Crostini

Golf Awards/Prizes from the Tournament earlier in the day will be presented then the Adirondack Raptors will have an interactive/roaming demonstration with five species of raptors. They will have an Eurasian Eagle Owl, a great horned owl, a barn owl, a red-tailed hawk and a Harris Hawk. They will walk around with each bird on the glove so people can get close to them and they will talk about each species. Weather permitting, they will fly the Harris Hawk around so people can see a raptor in action. Some people may also hold the small barn owl. It will be an awesome experience for all!
